In May 2022 it was announced that the identity of a 1991 murder victim in El Dorado, Arkansas, had finally been found. Michael was part of the team that made the identification. One of the most well-known Jane Doe victims, many had tried to identify her since she was murdered by her ex-boyfriend. She’s even had her own Wikipedia page for years.

Michael was interviewed in September 2021 by journalist Darren Tobia for an article in Jersey Digs about a cemetery restoration in Jersey City, New Jersey. 

During Pride Month in June 2021, Michael recorded this video about finding his gay Uncle Arthur for Ancestry.com.
